As you have probably noticed, I pretty much stopped posting here when I realized that Facebook was really a better way to keep my friends up-to-date, and I’ve obviously let the site lapse.

But as a form of closure, I thought I should make a final post here.  Yesterday I sold the Z3 Coupe.  I was contacted a couple of weeks ago by someone, saying that if I was interested in selling the car, he’d be interested in buying.  I haven’t advertised it anywhere but I have actually considered selling it, just because I haven’t been racing it this year.  We bought a new house this year, my son is getting older, etc, etc … excuses.  Anyway, it makes sense to let someone enjoy it more than I have been, so, I let it go.

This was easily my favorite of the cars I’ve raced and I kept it longer than any other.  I bought it in 2006 and it made its debut race in early 2007.  I will miss it but it will hopefully be spending lots more time at the local Northern California tracks, watch for it at an event near you!
