Derek Butts
Derek started racing in 1998 after stumbling into an autocross taking place at a local sports stadium. A lifelong automotive enthusiast he quickly immersed himself in the sport by heading to Kansas for Nationals. He attended the next 6 consecutive Nationals with 5 top five finishes and one National championship.

In those trips to Kansas Derek drove a VW Scirocco, Toyota MR2, Lexus IS300 and a Honda S2000. After winning his National Championship in 2004 Derek took the SCCA Road Racing school in March of 2005.
